Return Policy

At Mesa Home Products, your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, you may request an exchange or have us credit your account.* Please contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery, and return merchandise to us within 30 days of delivery.

*Returns not accepted after 30 days from date of delivery

How to return merchandise:

  1. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Code: send an email to or call us at (603) 935-9258, 9:00-4:00 EST, Monday through Friday. *Return Authorization Code is required for all returns.

  2. Please complete the "return form" located on the packing slip included with your package. Make sure to include the Return Authorization Code on the return form. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping and enclose your completed "return form."

  3. Write the Return Authorization Code on the preaddressed label and affix to the exterior of the package. Please note: The shipping is NOT prepaid. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method.

  • A 10% missing item fee will be charged for product(s) missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or instructionals (i.e. any product not in "like new" condition upon return).

  • Large items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
