I love looking around antique shops. So many interesting ideas to expand upon. Moldings and carvings from the tops of old buildings and old iron scrollwork are other sources of inspiration. I really enjoy jewelry from the 17th century. I just finished a design in which I used shapes and pieces inspired by a book on crowns from the 19th century. It's fair to say.
