I often look to nature for form inspiration. In nature. form does not exist without function. And because of this. the function defines the form. It is very important for me to keep my childhood inquisitiveness. I like to go beyond tracing a beautiful leaf simply because it’s beautiful. I question why it’s beautiful. I enjoy doing extensive research in the science behind nature and why things grow the way they do. so I can apply the same mathematics to the objects we use every day. I look at clouds. wood grain and leaves to see if I can find something hidden in their patterns. After all. everything around us was designed by someone or something.
